Vanderbilt Children's Hospital
Overview
Sick kids don't stick to business hours.
Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt knows the drill: kids wait until dinner's on the stove or pajamas are on before coming down with something. That's why they created Vanderbilt Children's After-Hours Clinics – open nights and weekends, no appointment needed, and staffed by real Vanderbilt pediatricians who can handle everything from sniffles to stuck beans in ears. This campaign leans into that all-too-familiar moment – when the clock strikes six and your child spikes a fever – and reassures parents with a simple, confident promise: bring it.

Results
The campaign introduced a brand-new after-hours care option to the community — and families responded immediately. Within just three months, every clinic was operating profitably. By the six-month mark, the success was undeniable, prompting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt to begin exploring plans for expansion. What started as a solution for sick kids after 5 p.m. quickly became an essential part of pediatric care in the region.
