Channel Engagement Coordinator / Mobile
The Channel Engagement Coordinator will assist a team of owned, earned, and paid media specialists and supervisors across various clients. This person will be detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized, and a clear and effective communicator. They will be adaptable and eager to tackle new challenges, learn new skills, and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ business over time. The CE Coordinator may support the team with channel and audience research, brand listening, keyword research, paid search plan development, social community management, ongoing campaign optimizations, ad trafficking, rep communication, and more.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite, Keynote
Understanding of social channels; Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok
Excellent organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional detail orientation and commitment to high-quality work (double-checking work, feeling a personal commitment to sending things out right the first time)
Problem-solving skills and ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivated; able to own projects and execute them on time
Responsibilities
Lead research to inform client recommendations through website and channel audits, audience analysis, media trend analysis, and brand listening.
Develop presentations with channel parameters, strategy, recommendations, and rationale. Format content appropriately for client-facing presentation.
Complete Google Ads and Analytics training and certification to inform paid search recommendations and web traffic analysis.
Assist in ad/content trafficking, campaign setup, social posting, and ongoing optimizations.
Analyze channel performance and proactively share insights and recommendations.
Assist in creating and optimizing social media content for various platforms.
Assist in tracking content production and reviewing content for quality and consistency.
Assist in social community management.
Help to build and schedule email campaigns within email databases.
Assist with insertion orders and media invoice reconciliation.
