Art Director / Mobile

In this in-office role at our Mobile, Alabama, location, you’ll craft bold, innovative
work that captivates audiences and drives client success across a variety of
channels. You’ll lead multiple projects from concept to execution, working closely
with strategists, writers, and designers to bring ideas to life.

The Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in a creative studio or agency (but if your portfolio
  speaks for itself, we’re all ears).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design
  principles, typography, color, and composition—with the ability to break the
  rules for the sake of creativity.

• A portfolio that showcases your ability to create innovative, visually captivating work across digital, print, and beyond.

• Stellar communication skills—you know how to pitch, collaborate, and refine
  like a pro.
• A passion for staying ahead of design trends while constantly looking for
  fresh ways to generate bold concepts and craft exceptional work.
• A strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to meeting internal and

• A team-oriented mindset that enables you to work seamlessly with
  colleagues to achieve a shared vision/goal.
• An uncanny ability to turn feedback into brilliance without losing your creative
  vision.
• Bonus points for expertise in motion graphics and AI—if you're pushing the
