Associate Creative Director (Art) / Nashville

Lewis Communications in Nashville is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art) with 5+ years of agency experience. As the Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing a team, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

Obviously, you have an amazing portfolio. You can also present your work to the client and verbalize the rationale behind your designs and strategic solutions. You are a great team player and pride yourself on being an independent thinker and problem solver.

This is an in-person role for our Nashville office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and contribute to project creative from concept to completion with strong leadership and communication skills
• Work with the Creative Director and the account team to establish initial project strategies and concepts, continuing to align and review throughout the project’s duration
• Present the team’s work expertly to a broad audience
• Take client direction, consumer insights, trends, competitive landscape, and strategic foundations and translate them into smart design solutions
• Work under pressure, taking concepts to final execution within tight deadlines
• Mentor and collaborate with junior creatives
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency experience
• A portfolio that showcases versatility, including conceptual work, as well as content, social media, and digital executions
• Experience presenting to clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
