Account Coordinator / Birmingham
Overview
We are seeking an Account Coordinator who will work closely with other account team members to coordinate and support the development and execution of effective campaigns for clients. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the account team and ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum effectiveness. The success factors for this role include strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, client service orientation, team collaboration, time management and multitasking ability, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility, professionalism and discretion, and a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, ideally, you would meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Keynote
Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of campaign briefs, presentations, and reports
Coordinate with various departments within the agency, including media planning, creative, and account management, to ensure smooth project execution
Research new advertising channels and opportunities that can benefit clients' campaigns
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new campaign ideas and strategies
Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
Help to develop and manage budgets for campaigns and monitor spending throughout the campaign cycle
Work with creative and production teams to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed as per clients' requirements
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results
Respond to client inquiries and concerns and escalate issues to account executives and managers as needed
Provide administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining files and records
As needed, be able to travel for client meetings and presentations
